Along with a highly qualified team, Kidstreet staff are supportive and adapt a loving home-like atmosphere and strive to provide the highest quality childcare where each child’s individual needs are met with dedication, passion, and experience. We operate a key worker system for each child that helps to build a personal relationship with children and parents.

Our Nursery Manager holds a BTEC National Diploma in Nursery Nursing along with NVQ Level 3 in Management along with many years management experience. She has been with the Nursery since its opening in 2004. We have 3 rooms leaders a 3 deputies all qualified to the equivalent of Level 3 in childcare.

Our Nursery also has a dedicated Inclusion Officer, this is a very rare position and we are lucky to have such an asset to the Nursery as she is not included within staff ratios and can dedicate her time to supporting the other team members within individual children’s needs. In total of 32 staff members we have just 4 trainees, well exceeding the OFSTED requirement of 50% qualified to 50% trainees.

Our trainees are all studying towards an NVQ Level 2 and as a Nursery we have won an award for our training. Staff turnover is also very low due to our great team spirit and friendliness

All staff are fully police checked and vetting procedures are of great importance to us.
